Lingxia Recharge Agreement
Lingxia provides users with dedicated services for recharging and using Lingzhi credits. Users may complete recharge operations within the platform according to their own needs and use the corresponding benefits normally.
1. Recharge Rules and Benefit Attributes
Users must purchase Lingzhi credits in accordance with the rules published by the platform. Such credits may only be used to offset fees for corresponding services within this platform. They cannot be exchanged for legal currency or any form of virtual asset, and they may not be transferred, gifted, or privately traded between different user accounts. Users should purchase the corresponding quantity based on their actual needs.
2. Recharge Channels and Fee Description
Users may independently choose WeChat or other payment methods recognized by Lingxia to complete a recharge. The actual price of Lingzhi credits is subject to the display on the recharge page. Different mobile terminals and payment channels may generate additional service fees, which shall be borne by users themselves. Lingxia hereby reminds users to pay attention to cost differences caused by different payment methods.
3. Recharge Record Query and Issue Feedback
Users may query recharge records by payment time through the path “WeChat Pay > Shangya Zhidu (Beijing) Trading Co., Ltd.” If abnormalities, failures, or other issues occur during recharge, users may contact platform customer service for assistance through “Lingxia App > Me > Customer Service.”
4. Payment Information Compliance Obligations
When using a payment account to recharge, users must confirm that they are the lawful right holder of the payment account and that the transaction information submitted is true and valid. Users must not infringe any third party’s lawful rights and interests. If legal or economic disputes arise from non-compliant recharge activity, users shall bear the relevant responsibilities themselves.
5. Account and Payment Security Management
Users must properly safeguard private information such as account passwords, payment verification information, and mobile verification codes, and complete payment operations in a secure network environment. If information is lost, leaked, or otherwise compromised, users should promptly notify the payment institution and the platform. Losses caused by improper personal safekeeping, payment platform issues, or bank-side issues shall be borne by users themselves.
6. Transaction Confirmation and Responsibility
Before submitting a recharge order, users should carefully verify account information and the recharge amount. Once the order payment instruction is submitted, it cannot be revoked or changed. After the payment institution completes the deduction, users may not request a refund from the platform for issues not caused by the platform itself. All losses caused by users’ own operational mistakes shall be borne by users themselves.
7. Compliant Recharge and Validity Period
Users must complete recharge through the recharge methods designated by the Lingxia platform. Recharge through non-designated channels may result in recharge failure, missing benefits, or other risks, and users shall bear the relevant consequences themselves. Lingzhi credits are valid for one year by default from the date of successful recharge. Unused credits will expire according to platform rules after the validity period.
8. Handling of System Abnormalities
If system failures or platform technical issues cause abnormal display of recharge amounts, failure to deliver services, abnormal Lingzhi credit balances, or similar situations, you must promptly contact Lingxia customer service and cooperate by providing recharge vouchers and other verification materials. After verification, the platform will correct the data as soon as possible. If the system displays a balance higher than the actual amount received, the platform has the right to correct and adjust the data.
9. Special Agreement for Minors’ Recharge
Before minors recharge Lingzhi credits, they must obtain the explicit prior consent of their legal guardians. Guardians must carefully read all terms of this Agreement and prudently evaluate whether to allow minors to make a purchase. Once Lingzhi credits are successfully purchased, the purchase cannot be canceled or withdrawn.
10. Service Redemption and Scope Adjustment
Users may use Lingzhi credits to redeem certain services within the platform. The scope of redemption is subject to the content displayed by the platform in real time. Lingxia has the right to adjust the redemption scope of Lingzhi credits and specific service items according to platform feature iteration and service content adjustments.
11. Consumption Rules and Irrecoverability
After Lingzhi credits are redeemed for corresponding services, they will be deducted in real time according to the pricing, quantity, and platform consumption rules of the redeemed services. Consumed Lingzhi credits cannot be restored, returned, or exchanged for other benefits.
